Avilon Holding recruits and mobilises skilled Indian personnel across multiple sectors โ Construction, Pipeline & Oil/Gas, Hospitality, Textiles and Warehouse & Logistics. Every deployment is preceded by a rigorous selection process to ensure technical competencies match the client's requirements, and all regulatory procedures โ including visas and emigration checks โ are strictly followed. Every engagement is subject to a standard 30-day probationary period during which performance is evaluated.
Working Hours & Schedule
Standard working time for all deployed workers is 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Sunday is observed as a mandatory weekly holiday for all personnel.
All daily output metrics published on this site are calculated on this 10-hour shift basis.
Accommodation & Food
Mandatory customer requirement. The Customer is strictly required to arrange and provide:
- Proper daily food for all deployed workers.
- Safe, adequate accommodation for the full contract duration.
This is a non-negotiable requirement for overseas deployments.
Visa Stamping & Travel
Avilon Holding LLC directly handles the initial visa stamping process and coordinates all flight tickets from India to the destination country.
The Customer must provide the official Invitation Letter required for the initial visas. Avilon shares workers' passport details immediately after the worker list is finalised so the Customer can issue the invitation without delay.
Visa Extensions & Permits
Upon the workers' arrival in country, the Customer is solely responsible for handling and financing all further procedures including:
- Visa extensions for the employment duration.
- Work permits.
- Legal registrations.
Selection & Compliance
Every worker is screened against the client's technical brief โ trade tests, medical fitness, document verification and Ministry of Labour emigration clearance โ before mobilisation.
